1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flagr (“the Service”), operated by KreaRise (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flagr is a visual feedback tool that allows web professionals to collect client feedback via a server-side proxy, pin annotations, drawing tools, automatic screenshots, and session replays. The Service is accessible at flagr.io.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an admin account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flagr to proxy websites you do not own or have explicit permission to review
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or SSRF protections
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited content through the Service
• Exceed your plan limits through automated means

5. Plans & Billing

• Flagr offers Free, Solo, Pro, and Team plans with different usage limits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through the billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of charge.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Data & Content

• You retain ownership of all content you submit (annotations, screenshots, comments).
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service.
• We do not access, sell, or share your content with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with law.
• Data retention follows your plan tier. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Proxy & Third-Party Websites

Flagr's proxy feature renders third-party websites server-side to enable the annotation overlay. We do not claim ownership of or responsibility for the content of proxied websites. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to review websites through Flagr.

8. Intellectual Property

Flagr, its logo, and all related trademarks are the property of KreaRise. The Service's source code, design, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KreaRise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice when possible.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
